IGN is reporting that the Nintendo Switch will launch with a bubble coat and teddy bear jacket in addition to its traditional gaming controllers.
The new system will be available for pre-order beginning February 11, but we know retailers are not yet ready to take pre-orders.
It will cost $199 for the basic version, which includes two controllers, a Switch dock, and a Switch bundle.
Nintendo is selling a limited-edition bundle with the Switch that includes a pair of controllers and a $300 bundle.
There is also a $399 bundle that includes both controllers, two Switch docks, and an extra Switch bundle with an additional controller.
We’re not sure what these bundles look like, but it seems likely to be similar to the Nintendo 3DS bundle that sold out in less than a week, which had the controller and dock bundled in.
This is a fairly significant update from the current system, which included a bulky cord for the Switch controller and a bulky adapter for the console’s HDMI port.
Nintendo will be able to launch the Switch without controllers at a later date.
This update should also bring support for controllers in future games, as we previously reported.
